Where we assist with university or education applications, our role and responsibilities will be explained in the relevant service agreement.

University admissions decisions, entry requirements, course availability, tuition fees, application deadlines and scholarship decisions are determined by the relevant educational institution or other authorised body.

We do not guarantee admission, an offer, a scholarship, a particular start date or a successful outcome.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information and required documents and for meeting applicable deadlines.

University tuition fees and third-party charges are subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Any RD Global service fees, refunds and cancellation conditions will be set out in the applicable invoice or written agreement.

Unless expressly agreed under an appropriately authorised service, RD Global does not provide legal advice or regulated immigration advice. Information provided through our website or general communications is not a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified and authorised professional.

Clients who require immigration or legal advice should consult an appropriately qualified solicitor or authorised adviser.

We do not guarantee visa decisions, immigration outcomes or decisions made by government authorities.

The deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, maintenance, hosting, support and ownership rights for IT or consultancy work will be set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any third-party software, hosting, platforms, subscriptions and services remain subject to their own providers’ terms and conditions.

You agree to pay the charges applicable to the services you have agreed to purchase. Any additional fees or changes to the scope of work will be communicated and agreed as required by the relevant agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory statutory rights or refund rights that apply to a particular transaction.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when using our services. You should promptly notify us of any material changes to information relevant to your engagement.

We may rely on information supplied by you or third parties unless we have agreed to verify it as part of our services.
